i was certain that i was acting with a pretty civil attitude when i posted.
regardless of whatever insult you fling my way or how angry you get behind your keyboard, i am not going to make any counter points, and will be doing what i see fit with my motor / money.
which is low comp + boost.
Thank you guys for the helpful imput though. Will be replacing rods & pistons when I do build it.

That's fine. Its your vehicle, do what you want, but when you have god awful off-boost power, don't say we didnt warn you.
I hope you're planning to run a 6466 on it as well...on 8psi, just to keep it 'streetable'
For what its worth, if i was to ever build another Honda, it would never be under 10:1 CR. And this isn't my first time - I (we) have learned the pitfalls and are only looking to steer you in the right direction.
