Boosted GSR

i got a 95 gsr and I want to be in low to mid 13s, i got a this 18g kit from greddy with ya know intercooler, b/o valve - act street and strip w/ xtreme pressure plate
the motor has 83k and the piston rings are shot its burns mad oil. what parts and steps should i take now to get my car runnin mid to low 13s and run it safely?
if you have any suggestions it would be highly appreciated thanks

I would get some forged pistons and slap those in since you'll be replacing your rings anyway. With good tuning and a little weight reduction you could hit 13's @ 7-8psi. Good luck.
