Is this a decent kit . I know it is cheap but it is for the wifes car and will see a max of 7-8lbs boost. what will this turbo do spool fast, I have full race kit on my car but this is for a woman who will barely beat on it. she babies her stuff

Ya I know the manifold sucks. have three friends that have them, I welded brackets to it to support the weight and they have had no probs for over a year and drive it through the winters here in ohio.. my big concern is the turbo what does everyone think of it. to small big, lag no lag. she autocrosses a klittle and just wants 6lbs to help on the straight aways at midohio.

 

Buying that kit would be just throwing your money away... U get what u pay for!!

i wouldn't get that kit strictly because the turbo.
the ssauto turbo's are not known to last long at all.

but to answer your question yea that turbo is major overkill for ***** boost like 6lbs.

you'd want a little T25 that would spool instnantly and move neough air to make the car scoot
