I hate to even ask cause i'm gonna sound like a dumbass. But what is bar's equivalent in psi. I'm currently looking for wastegates and some are rated in bar and i just don't now how much boost that is.I'd appreciate it . thanks

also I am sure that you probably know by now, but

1000 millibars = 1 bar = 14.7 psi

millibars are typically represented as mbar

We had several discussions about this a month or so ago.

1 BAR = 14.5 PSI
1 ATM = 14.7 PSI

1 BAR does not equal 1 ATM

ATM = atmosphere

EDIT: if you input 1000 millibar and convert it, the result will be 14.5 PSI not 14.7
