Looks nothing like an Ebay turbo to me. I say install it and see what happens. You never know though, I have had plenty of customers who had good luck with no name turbos and horrible luck with Precision ones. Turbos are tricky. Most either run forever or **** the bed on startup.

to answer your question on how to remove the housings , use a 12mm or 13mm wrench(cant remember which it is) to remove the bolts holding the center housing to the turbine housing's. basiclly if you look on the backside of the turbo housings there will be bolts all the way around on the back of both housings . take these bolts out and remove the housings then measure the wheels and report back with your findings so we can give you a definate answer as to what turbo you bought . and to me it looks NOTHING like a ebay junk turbo as i have one sitting in front of me as a paper weight lol that iam looking at. hope this post was able to help you out so you can get the wheel specs for us.

heres some pics of a garrett to show you how to do it

dont mind the internal gate acuator as yours dont have it. this turbo is for a dsm ^^

heres a pic with the bolts out v v v v

and heres a pic with the housing off , now just repeat this process to remove the compressor housing as well vvvvvv

Then, using a caliper (no rulers or tape measures, please) measure the following and right it down (based on chart below)

Trim is a term that only measures a distance b/w the inducer and exducer of the wheels. A larger number DOES NOT necessarily mean a larger volume turbocharger.
