alright, i just ordered a few parts, 9.5:1 pistons, rods, valve springs ect.

what kind of turbo do you guys recommend to hit my goal of 350-400 hp?

the motor is a b18c1 btw

 

There are many many turbos that could get you to your goal. What price range are you looking at? A T3/T4 60 trim will a large turbine will get you there, and they are on the more inexpensive side. They are about $600 new.
