what size 4 bolt flange to get??
got a T3 60-1 with a .63 hotside
not sure which 4 bolt flange to get to make a down pipe. i want to run a 3 inch downpipe but the inside diameter is 2 1/4 inches and the outside diameter is 3 1/8 inches.. id like to runa full 3 inch DP and not a 2.5 in flared to 3in..

well i looked on http://www.atpturbo.com website under Steel flanges and see only 2 4 bolt flanges available..
1 is the :
Flange, Discharge T3/GT 4 Bolt 2.5" Inner Diameter Opening, Downpipe side, Mild Steel
the 2nd one is:
4 bolt flange for GT/T3 turbine without internal wastegate. Machined with 3" inner diameter for 3" Downpipe use. * This flange is used for the newer GT housing with the long neck discharge and 3" ID opening. If using GT/T3 housing with shorter discharge neck and 2.5" ID opening, use P/N ATP-FLS-032 flange.
are these the only 4 bolt flanges currently available out there? and if so which one will bolt up ot my turbine housing with no issues?

same turbo i have. I called atpturbo told them waht turbo i had and they hooked me up with the right flange.
If your going to go straight from the flange to a 3" pipe, you will need to indent the pipe around where the bolts go through the flange.
I would also reccomend a tight radius 3" 90* bend (got mine from chassis shop)

ok.. but which flange did you go with?? out of the 2 i posted above.. one has a inside diameter of 2.5 in and the other has a inside diameter of 3 inches..

great.. and i assume that the flange with the inside diameter wil not even bolt up to the housng we have right? like the holes will not line up so yo have to go with the flange with the 2.5 inside diameter

yessir. The flange im using i believe was either exactly 3" or maybe 3 1/4" on the ouside diameter of the flange.

awesome. you went with the flange that has the inside diameter of 2.5 in and it has outside diamter of little over 3 inches.. and you still can use a 3 in pipe on it and all you had to do was dent in the pipe where the bolts go.. thanx again
