What are the signs of a busted diaphram on a fpr?

On start up, sometimes my fuel pressure would shoot up to 80+ psi.

If the diaphram is busted, fuel will come out of the vacuum line hooked up to the FPR. If it is really busted, you can flood the engine with gas. I've seen it happen. Not pretty.
