Default Help. Fuel problems on k20 swap.

Ok finally started up the teg for the first time today. Then I put on the aem fuel pressure regulator. I go to crank it, nothing. I am running my return line off the regulator. All the fuel seems to be goin to the return. Pinch the return line, and pressure comes on and it will run. If you fully pinch the return pressure jumps way high, were talkin 70lbs. (only did that once btw ) You can play with the amount of pressure by pinching the return line and getting it up to about 45 lbs so it will idle. I tried adjusting the reg, but there was absolutely no pressure change at all. Could I just have a bad regulator? I'm damn sure I have it hooked up right. Any input???

any pix of the fpr? are you using a fuel rail? if not the fuel in should be on the left from the front view. and the fuel out is on the right side and the fuel return is on the buttom. the front is for a fuel pressure gauge. it should read pressure for a while if you turn the key on but don't crank it, then it will go back to zero. (mine reads about 26psi.)
make sure there isnt anything blocking the fuel out line.

ahh, I had the middle line hooked as the return. Lost the directions. Ill hook up the bottom one tomorrow and see if that doesn't fix it. If I can find a damn fitting. Thanks.

haha runs great now. Took her for the first drive today good times. Anyone have the stock fuel pressure for a k20a2? I read it was between 47-52 at idle, but when I go to 45psi it starts pulsating. It run's good on 40.
