Default what should my expectations be w/ a port & polished TB ?

im thinking of getting my throttle body bore, port, and polished . i have a sirII throtle body . its 60mm. stock . it would be 64mm. after the bore, port, and polished !
what type of performance increase should i expect ? is it goin to be noticiable ? i just want to know if its worth the money to go out and get this done . thanks in advance

edit: my mods are : aem intake, comptech header, cat back exhaust, test pipe
skunk2 intake manifold, b&m fuel pressure regulator, aem cam gears, ground kit im running a ITR ecu along with a APEXi VAFC .

i doubt you would get anything, maybe loose hp, Get some cams... or go turbo, then work on maxing out your airflow
