Default what should I expect from my setup

I have a 98 d16y8 motor with 130,000 miles that's about to be torn down and rebuilt, hot tanked, the works, etc...

My setup is:
.50AR trim .63 exhaust side turbo XS turbo
Turbo XS bottom mount exhaust manifold
RFL knockoff blowoff valve
external wastegate
2.5 inch intercooler piping
18x6x4 turbo XS intercooler? pretty sure that's the size I want to get bigger though
eagle H beam rods
Vitara pistons
ACL race bearings
ARP headstuds
OEM Honda 3 layer metal headgasket
Hondata ECU(hopefully S300 if money allows before May)
Helical LSD
SKunk2 valves, springs, retainers.
Port matching head and exhaust
Hot spots eliminated on block and tranny by grinding off casting rises

This is my first Turbo build, so I've done a lot of reading about what works, and what doesn't.

I need reliability and the comfort that I can drive my car when I want and beat on it if I want to.

My club President has a DSM that he built head to toe and he's been beating the **** out of it for 3 years and ran 11's for the last 2. His car only had a clutch go out in that time.

Basically what should I expect to make power wise, and what should I do to prepare to keep it running for years to come.

Keep in mind this isn't a drag car, mostly road racing and highway fun is what I'll be doing with it.

That's most of what I allready have, minus the valves, springs and **** and the ECU.

I wanna have it tuned by Jeff Evan's who's around York,Pa. Not too far from me and my friend tells me he knows his **** so if someone can predict what I'll have on my hands that'd be nice.

No one can answer that, different setups make different power, the only way to truly find out is to go get it tuned and see for yourself.

This is considered bench dynoing anyway, which is against H-T rules.
