stock bore. 8.5-1 weisco. eagle rods. springs, reatiners, stock valves. ctr intake cams. gsr exhaust. lovefab ramhorn. t3/t4 57 trim. tial 40mm wastegate and BOV. walboro 255 hp pump, 880cc inject, aem fuel rail, aeromotive fpr, jg edel intake mani, b&m 70mm TB, msd digital 6, blaster coil and pro msd dist, msd wires. 3 inch dp and straight thru exhaust, 2 1/2 intercooler piping,planning on running 15psi on 93 oct and 21 psi on c16... expecting about 350whp on 15psi and about 450whp 21 psi. sounds right?

how about what engine?

 

on 7psi did we do 260whp w that turbo(0.63a/r), on a stock b16 so 350 on 15psi should you make.

 

gsr block, b16 head

 

I dont think 350whp should be a problem on that engine

 

what do you think i should push the boost til. 21 -22 psi?

i did 261 on 7 psi (lsvtec)

450whp/22ish+ psi is gonna start maxxing that turbo out

I think the numbers you originally posted will be fairly accurate....we'll have to wait and see what you dyno

on our ls/vtec the set-up is very similar. stock bore and 8.5:1. i pushed out 426whp on a MD dyno @ 20psi, pump gas. that was with the duty cycle of 750cc at 92%. you should be able to reach your goals no doubt. race gas...now that will get you some nice gains. best of luck, and post some #'s up dogg.

350 yeah....450...uh...i think your turbo is more efficient at 18psi than at 21psi so you're gonna be mexted. look for a bigger turbo. sc61!

 

going on the dyno in about an hour... guna tune 15psi and pump gas and 20psi and c16 hoping to make about 430whp on the MD... crossing the fingers...

haha yea right that thing is like 1300 bucks.

 

i made 391 whp @ 15psi and 93 oct with and 11.2 afr.... i wont post the c16 # for racing purposes but im very very happy.....who knew what a little t3/t4 with a ptrim wheel could do.... very happy with the tune.. columbia of hdm is a great tuner and if anyone needs good tuninghit him up... hdm and cft....
