just buy some mandrel bends from summit or something. the J shapped 180 degree ones are nice because they have one long straight leg so you can use fewer pieces. most likely 2" into the Ic and 2.25" out will be good for you. plan it out before you cut though 
use silicon couplings if you want or get soem radiator hose with the approiate inside diameter and cut it up into 3 or 4 inch sections and clamp em.
