Default custom piping for a 99 si

how much am i looking at to buy pipes for my pipings? i can do the welding and cutting.

I think I spent $30 bucks or so on the U-bands from http://www.jcwhitney.com You can get the hose for the couplers from http://www.roadraceengineering.com for pretty cheap. As far as the clamps go I would get the T-bolt style which can be found at http://www.mcmaster.com Plan on spending around $100 depending on how many couplings and clamps you need.

im turboing my 99 si right now and im gonna use 2.5" piping and im just gonna use radiator hose from napa for the couplers, its way cheaper and works exactly the same

do they have different kinda piping like 180, 45, 90?

This is what I used on my 99 si:
turbo to IC = 1 - 90 degree & 1 - U bend w/ 24" legs
IC to TB = 1 - U bend w/ 24" legs & 1 U bend w/ 12" legs

requires only two welds and 6 couplings total counting turbo/IC/TB connectors

I don't have pics yet, if you look on the JC Whitney site, it will tell you the length ie: 24" or 12" or 18" etc

as long as you grind off the aluminized stuff it wil mig weld up nicely. im gonna be using mild steel for my ic pipes and i will be mig welding it all and right now im in the process of mig welding my manifold
