What is the max PSI an intercooler sees?

What is the max PSI an intercooler sees?
I'm currently modifying an intercooler, when I pressure test it what should I test it up to? I plan on running 7PSI but I imagine that there are times when the boost pressure is higher, possibly before the blow off valve goes off? Any comments?
