What kind of turbo motor setup would you do with a $8,000 budget?

What kind of turbo motor setup would you do with a $8,000 budget?
Let's see how creative this gets...it's going in an eg.....Also it's not my daily driver
but remember $8,000 is max so figure in labor as well guys
and you still would have to buy the motor and the turbo kit
maybe this thread will make my decisions a bit easier and already laid out
Don't forget to include ANYTHING.....and include prices for all the parts

be creative, take this as your own project motor...what would generate the most hp/tq? for only $8,000 including turbo...within $500 of target price...and give your reasoning why you chose which motor I think this will be an interesting and helpful thread personally, especially to ME

I would say get a GSR block or build a B20/vtec sleeved, pistons, rods, then a nice custom setup. Depends also what your looking for. All out ***** to the wall power or a nice fun weekend screamer. With the right group buys and a little help from Viren (b18bturbo), ben (importparts), GE, JE, and Eagle I would say you probably could do it for $8k.
