...turbo b16's. how are b16's with aftermarket rods and pistons doing in the numbers? what are the limits of my torque-less motor?
i hear a lot of different numbers when it comes to horsepower ranges, i just want some more opinions!

i've seen something like 280-300 whp on a t04e 57 trim at around 11 lbs of boost with a built bottom end, and stock top end.
im sure with 18-20 lbs of boost you could be in the 380-420 whp range, but i belive that would be entering sleeve cracking territory at 400+ whp without sleeving/pinning/block guard etc..

i have heard of pinning the block, and i have a block guard in my turbo single can motor, i like the block guard, however i have not seen that many people in the honda camp pinning the block. does anybody have an opinion on which to use? i am trying to avoid resleeving my block although i know it will be bomb proof if i was to go ahead and do it!
what do you guys think my limits would be ith eagle rods, wiesco low comps, block guard/ pinned block, and a mild ported head?
thanx

i plan on going t3/t4 but i'm not sure about what trim. to late turbo si the head has already been ported. i plan on driving the car on the street and also spending some quality time at the track. this motor will be going into my 90 hatch.
