A decent sized turbo. Sleeving. Engine and fuel management. Tuning!
You getting **** for answers cause you need to be more specific with your question.

ok the reason u get bullshit answers is because there are houndreds of posts about "my 400whp b16 dyno" all u have to do is search. if u want a real answer here it is. u need to upgrade all internals ie. pisonts, rods, sleeves, valve springs etc. u also need a big turbo. and with all that a good engine mangagement system is required. aem is the best because it has the most features or hondata will do as well. 550whp will not be streetable and u will not be happy with any turbo giving u that power. ur not gonna wanna run slicks on the street. in a fwd car 350-400 is ideal. ur also going to need a great clutch and great tires. but please before u start buying just search and see what other people have done.

Answer: pistons, rods, sleeving, sc61 and a nice manifold all the other blah blah blah. hondata/uberdata/aem ems, GOOD tuning, and a responsible driver who won't block it up
you will hit your goal and then some.
