What do you guys do to the bumper support to make the fmic fit?
94 Integra.. I need advise on what to do to my bumper support to make my fmic fit. The fmic is too large and will stick out of the bottom of the bumper if i dont cut it. Sould i just cut the lower part of the bumper support and use studs to secure it.. what are you guys using?? Pics please!!

Ever see Monster Garage. I think the best part of the show is where they rip apart the car and toss **** across the shop.
You can probably apply these techniques to your very own car!!

designed with front collision in mind.....but boosting and going 100 mph with that bumper isn't going to save your life either......get a smaller intercooler like 18x6x3 (core size, end tanks are up to you) that fits perfectly behind the bumper without any modifications to your bumper.....if it can efficently sustain your hp goals...just bend the a/c line back.

It's fine. I haven't run it for over a year. As long as you don't run into the back of someone you're ok. But if someone else hits you, that's why they have insurance.

Kinda OT: Anyone have any experience getting their aftermarket parts replaced by another insurance company? Let's say someone smacks my front end, ruins my manifold, aftermarket radiator, IC, etc... Their insurance company will have to pay for it, correct? How big of a bitch is it to actually get them to pay...

their insurance should pay for it. I had a problem once where that happend. Killed the front end on my swapped accord, turbo, intercooler, all that good stuff was toast. They didn't want to pay for it because it was not stock. So I sued the insurance company and then i got paid for it all.
