what do yo guys think??
98 GSR with 110k miles
setup:
-turbonetics t3t4, from revhard kit..not sure the specs
-revhard manifold
-tial 38mm wg with 6.3PSI spring
-2.5 DP
-hollow cat
-2.25 exhaust (Traded for my stock exhaust)
-greddy typeS bov
-precision 350HP FMIC
-RC550 saturated injectors
-uberdata p28(going to be tuned by phiz)
-centerforce dual friction clutch with stock flywheel
-skunk2 intake manifold bored to 68MM
-68mm JG throttle body
-AEM underdrive pullies
after a street tune, what kinda number do you think i should see?
it is all installed now, running on a map he used to tune another gsr-t with same setup as me. idles a little funny. reaches full boost around 4.5k. feels a little weak for a gsr-t untill vtec engages. but then again ive never ridden or driven a turbo GSR before, but i would imagine it would feel better. it feels sweet and smooth, pulls hard in vtec. maybe because i have an exhaust leak? i walked a wrx pushing 19psi from a roll with ease. by the end of 3rd i was a good 3 cars ahead, left a nice steamer on his hood i do not beat on the car, i drive it like im 96 except for the fact i will get on it in first and second like twice a day. if i see the A/F guage jump to lean i immediatly let off the gas and shift to the next gear and just cruise. check oil once a day, and coolant level everytime im done driving the car, mobil1 10w30 fully synthetic oil and oem oil filter. oil change every 2k miles..that is how i treat my car, do you guys think it will last? new head gasket and bolts were put on at 98K, head was sent to machine shop and it was not warped, this was all done after i overheated on the way to NC from NY at 3AM, yes i know it sucked i was there anyway what do do you guys think with numbers? and how long do you think it will last if i keep up my routine.
