My car is 93 del sol si ( D16z6 )
Garrett T3/T04E Turbo 50trim 48a/r
RC 440cc injectors
Tial 38mm wastegate (0.5bar spring)

My engine is stock.. what do I need to run more boost safetly?
Please write all parts with manufacturers and prices.. thanks a lot

all you need is proper fuel management. Injectors, fuel pump and tuning.

200hp is not a very high goal and not a very taxing amount of power on the motor

You dont have to..the stock internal d-series can handle over 200whp with good tuning...If you're paranoid you can get a nice forged piston/rod combo..Maybe eagle rods with wiseco pistons,its up to you

asking a bit much. lol.

do you plan on leaving the engine internally stock?
you can make 200whp+ very easily with your setup, just be sure to have it tuned.

as long as its running safe, it can be a well-powered, reliable setup.

if you're looking to build the motor, you can do some research on what others have used and their experiences with the products. theres a ton of information just here on H-T. You can also visit turbod16.com or dseries.org for more info on building a D16.

i recommend ARP head studs. about $60 US anywhere. with a good tune and turbo 200 hp is easy to achieve on a D.
