Default What do I need?

I have a B16A and want a turbo set up, I know I need a turbo, manifold, charge pipes and intercooler. The whole engine management confuses me, how much is hondata to buy/tune? Any other options?

I also have a spare B16A2 block that needs rebore and rings, what should I do to make it able to take proper boost reliably? This will be later on. Boost my stock B16A now and hopefully build up the other bottom end for later.

Thanks in advance (for being flamed too!)

You gotta be more specific and people will definately be willing to help. For example what are your goals? Daily driver? hondata is about 450 with boost...just give us a bit more info and i will be happy to help you out

Its a daily driver, odd evening and weekend at the track. Ideally like to do 14 - 14.5 1/4 to keep up with my buddys ZC powered 85-87 civic!
It needs to be reliable, as in give it a hard time and be able to drive home!
Would supercharging be better? Does that need engine management as well?

things that are a must to have

turbo
manifold
down pipe
ic/pipes
welded in oil return line thing
misc. vacume lines
some kinda boost control
BOV
look in to wastgate options

things to look into
engine management (hondata,AEM ems) ect
bigger injectors (310-450)
turbo timer
bigger exhaust
boost guage

14 psi on a stock b16 is a lot but with the right tunning im sure its possible

i know the hondata was 100.00 an hour to tune on the dyno and was well worth the almost 70 extra HP it made!! def spend the money on a good engine management system!! and find the right person for the job

im sure i left some stuff out but this was quick
