Default what to boost?

I have a weird situation. I have a usdm b16 in my wifes Ek right know. I also have 2 ls motors in my garage that I traded some crap for. I was deciding wich one to boost when my buddy started the D series boost route. He told me the D will create more torque because of the stroke. So my dilema is boost one of the motors I have or just go the cheap D route. I had a snail on my B16 before but my wife blew it up in 10 days. I know the obvious qoustion is what do I want out of it and its the best of reliability and low 13`s high 12`s if that exists.

go with LS/Vtec turbo..the best of both worlds..great top end,and good low end torque...ls vtec is only as reliable as you make it...look into the golden eagle lsvtec conversion kit..it comes with everything you need to get the swap done, and keep it running.
