Default new LS turbo build..need help picking a good turbo

ok..well im in the midst of building another LS-T setup..and i want a turbo, that will support my goals, but also not be too big or too small..

my last turbo was a Garrett T3/T4 ...its a pretty good turbo, but i never took it past 12psi..being that my motor was street tuned/stock block

i was looking into a T3/T4 with a 70 a/r on it...but im not sure how my motor characteristics will work with that turbo...im building my head, putting in cams, and bigger valves,so id expect my spool time would decrease significantly..but i still want a good powerband...anyone have any suggestions? i plan on making atleast 350whp...thats my moderate goal..my high goal is 375whp...any input would be helpful..thanks.

no such thing as a 70 trim... maybe a .70ar housing but not 70 trim...

also, what is a 63/48? those are both turbine ar's... theresw not such thing as a .63ar comp housing....

that turbo is sooooo overkill for 375whp... look into a gt35e

Stick with t3/t4e.... Go with a 60 trim / .63 exhaust and a stage 3 wheel. Good to about 400 or maybe a little more to the wheels... and at low boost it still puts good power out without too much lag.

that sounds good...but how much boost will it take for me to reach 375 on a fully built head and block, with raised compression? i mean id like to make my goal with about 15 psi...but if not, then what should i be looking for...low boost, big numbers,or moderate boost big numbers?

if you build it push the boost ... pressure is pressure 30 psi vs 25 vs 15 if they all make 375 the cylinder pressures are about equal the difference is having the fuel pump to deal with higher pressures due to higher boost. I have a 255 walboro high pressure pump it works fine.
