I always ran stock and never had an issue. So i have no opinion on this but I know ARP makes very high quality bolts and studs etc.

Anyone ever had a problem with stock flywheel bolts or stock crank pulley bolts not being strong enough?

well i already bought the oem flywheel bolts, so i might just use them. i can get the pulley and stock bolt for 25. but the ar pressure plate bolts are like 15 bucks, probably more then what i would pay at honda.

I'm not sure that ARP's intention was to replace the factory flywheel/PP and crank Pulley bolt w/ stronger pieces but, to have them available because there is a market for them. I have been in need of Pressure plate bolts more than once.

Yes. It is the 19mm bolt that causes the threads you see everyone making like, "Crank pulley stuck on...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!"

I had a problem with my stock flywheel bolts backing out. Then I replaced them with the arp units and have not had a problem out of them. I probably would have been ok with some new oem bolts, but since I need new ones I went with the arp bolts.

At the risk of sounding like a moron...

I've never heard anything about using loctite on flywheel bolts. I've never done it and never seen anyone else do it either. I could only imagine trying to get them out next time w/o heating them up and risking warping the flywheel/destroying the rear main seal when doing so.

I use loctite on mine, ever had a flywheel bolt back out? If you have an impact wrench you dont need to worry about getting it off next time.

I was always taught to make sure you use red locktight on flywheel bolts to make sure they don't ever back out. Not sure what the honda manual says.
