WG boost line: pre or post throttle plate ?
some manufacturers say to connect the WG boost line (side port) to the intake manifold pre throttle plate, and some say to connect it post throttle plate. Why is this, and does it really make a difference ?
the directions for my tial say to connect post throttle plate, but i have seen people running the line off a manifold vacuum line with no problems. I understand that while in boost (WOT) the entire intake tract is going to be under pressure, but I was wondering if there are any other aspects to this ?
