Default WG/blowoff vacuum line questions

I got most everything hooked up, I'm still a noob to turbos mostly,
But I know not to be running huge amounts of boost.

So anyways, not sure on what to search really, or if there would be anything specific to what I have.
The blowoff has Two vacuum lines, which I dunno if that's normal or not,
and the Wastegate is internal, and only has one.

I read you can hook the WG vacuum to the compressor, which will lower boost 1-2lbs?
Where though would you hook it up on the compressor though?
There is piping for a filter on the cold side, and one outlet for hosing.

Also, with the Blowoff, what are Both pieces for, more of, which one is more important,
or needs a vacuum line going to it to operate?

All of these lines I have to hook up, have to be positive vacuum(sucking in) right?

Pics below, any help would be appreciated, also on what I should tap into.

you can hook the internal wastegate to the nipple on the compressor housing or you can hook it and the bov to somewhere on the intake manifold or T into the brake booster hose. or just get a vacuum manifold for a clean install.

the two nipples on the blowoff valve. heres your explination.

the top one goes to a vacuum/boost source after the throttle body
the nipple on the bottom is an "assist" port. it goes to a source before the throttlebody. the idea being tat when the top source sees vacuum the bottom source still has boost pressure built up and it aids the blow off valve in opening
