Boost controller vacuum lines

Boost controller vacuum lines
For those running electronic boost controllers.....
Is it necessary to run any of the lines before the throttle body?
If I remember right, I had all lines running of the intake mani using my Blitz sbc-id II. Reading the manual again, it states that one line needs to be before the TB. Is this necessary, or does it matter?
Post your setups for the following lines:
Line for computer (brain)
Line for solenoid valve (in)
Line for side wastegate

Computer source--straight to port on IM
Solenoid(in)--side port of WG/tapped from line coming from charge pipe to WG
Other one--top of wastegate straight to solenoid
I think thats how it is, my camera is broken or I'd take pics. I have a Profec B spec 2 BC by the way.
