i have an issue with the way my car starts up. here are the symptoms:
Turn key and the car starts but it has to i guess build up pressure to maintain a a steady idle.

what can the problem be the setup is a 97 ex with a b18c rebuilt .

 

maybe fuel related or check the cap rotor wires and plugs, timing too it could be alot of things check the basics first.

 

i recently changed the pugs and wires and also the ignition coil
