Default Wastgate spring pressures

Just got my Tial 44mm wastegate with a 1.1 bar (15.95psi) spring in it and fabbed it onto my manifold. I still can't get boost to hold and was wondering since the 1.1 bar is a dual spring setup if i can remove one of the springs and see if it works.

Also does anyone know what pressure the 2 springs are in the wastegate?

Thanks

Why would boost hold better with less spring pressure? You can try one spring if you want to have the gate open sooner. Not really sure what your trying to do.

Just thought maybe by putting a softer spring in there and opeing the wastegate sooner to slow down the turbo it wil hold the boost.
I'm cutting the boost right now at 18psi with the AEM EMS. I went from the 35mm deltagate to the Tial 44mm. And the boost is still spiking like crazy.
