Ok so i have been searching and still on FI faq thread its not on there either. I'm just a little confused on the springs. So i'm guessing the spring in your wastegate needs to be less than the amount of bars/psi yours running? so lets say you want to run 15 pounds, you want a spring under that with a boost controller to get it to 15?

please help me clear this up. thanks.

 

The spring color/psi ratings is the lowest psi the spring will hold. So if you want 15psi, you want something smaller or just a 15psi without a boost controlle.

anything bad on the spring if your running too low of a spring, high boost?

 

certain springs hold certain loads

get a spring with in mind of what psi you want to run(minimum)
if eg its an 7psi spring it will def not hold 25psi

 

the rule of thumb seams to be x2. so i you want to run a max of 15 lbs, but use a controller to run under that sometimes, the smallest you should run i a 7.5 lb spring.

suposidly the light spring starts to flutter after 200% of it's rated psi.
