Default WASTEGATE SPRING, NEEDED???

Just put turbo set up on my car. i have a Manual Boost Controler and a tial 35 MM wastegate. i know that the boost controler can not lower the boost that what the spring is set for. so if i run the MBC and no spring in the wastegate would i be able to set the boost to what ever i want? or wiould the waste gate not work at all??

LOL, yeah you would have -0- boost, the wastegate would be open.
Your best bet is to get a .35bar spring and raise the boost from there.

If you have no spring then there is nothing to keep the piston closed.
You can crank the boost controller up to 10million psi, it still won't matter because the exhaust gasses will open the wastegate.
