Too small of spring is something i overlooked on my build, i couldn't figure out why it felt so laggy... ugh... kind of a frustrating and expensive experience.

ams 1000 isnt quiet that expensive....worth its weight in gold though.

my car with 18psi springs would make 40psi of boost pressure using manifold pressure....but makes too much power at 18psi so i had to run smaller springs

9psi springs would only make about 32-33psi with manifod pressure, however would make 40 psi no problems with c02

this is all with the NLR AMS-1000

im still convinced i have some issues with my wastegate(s) due to excessive c02 usage. there is no leaks before the solonoid, you can run 60psi of pressure to the solonoid all day and not loose any bottle pressure....but as soon as the solonoid opens to apply pressure to the gates, the bottle likes to go dry. add that to the never ending list of **** to do LOL

target 40 psi on the controller. It should go to 40 and then hold. If it does not , while its got pressure on the gate , remove the signal line to the lift port on the gate. I you feel air coming out its the diaphram, or a set screw came loose.

ah that will make it a lot easier. thanks! im just so damn pissed off at my car right now its been sitting in the trailor for 3 weeks. i can't find the motivation to take it out. battle at MIR is in 2 weeks....i still have no trans (waiting)

before battle i have to install 2 NLR's, help jeff install his NLR, help set up all 3 of those, and then set up one aditional NLR.

i think people are starting to take notice lol

why doesn't anyone make a solenoid operated wastegate, so you don't even have to jack with springs/c02/etc.
