Default wastegate spring installation

Does anyone have a link, or a decent explaination of how to change a wastegate spring. right now i have a 9psi spring and i want to go to something smaller, maybe a 5 or 7, but ive never opened up a wastegate before. I have a Tial 38mm.

...on a side note the reason im doing this is because im getting boost creep up to about 10-11psi. im hoping with the smaller spring, even with creep maybe it wont go so high. then if it does hold at 5-7psi, i could use a boost controller to turn it up some from there... basically, im looking for a relatively cheap fix untill i can get some money for a motor build, and a better manifold.

Just unscrew the wg but be careful on the last bolt cause the spring will fly. once you get it open just put the new one on and close
