i am working on a turbo set up for a friend. he wants me to clean up the welds on the manifold, down pipe, and mount for the wastegate.now,the pipe leading down back to the downpipe from the wastegate, is that ok to patch up the hole on the downpipe and just have the wastegate open or will the effect the exaust leading down the the mid pipe?
