Default wastegate problem....

running a Tial 44mm gate with a large red and small yellow spring combo. from a previous post someone posted a chart . from this chart this combo would give ~ 14 psi but I am getting a steady 17 psi as I have seen on the boost gauge and on my power fc map trace. this is not a problem for me but I cannot get the boost past 26psi with the greddy profec-S BC. any solution to this?

are you using the 2nd gen profec? the solenoid will not go past 26psi, something wrong with the design.
sell it and go with the gen1, rock solid performance

as for the springs, im not to sure. i looked at the tial chart but i think the big spring combined with a small spring almost always gives a higher pressure than the two added together
