i have a tial 40mm wg with a 15lb spring. on the low setting i can only get 17 psi and on the high setting i would only get 23psi. changed out the spring to a 20lb and still i can only get 23 psi. is the wg bad or the boost controller?

 

i think its your overall exhaust setup, i'm running 4.5lbs spring, but it woudn't go past 3.5lbs. i'm running 2.5" exhuast with a cat, maybe if i upgraded to 3" and removed the cat it would actually hit 4.5lbs.
