Better is really subjective. I hve the same turbo and I went with a 44mm. I run my car on the street and want to be able to bleed off boost so I can run low boost hence the larger wastegate.

I am running the T3/T67 HO from Full-Race and I am running the Tial 44mm wastegate and I think that would be the better one for you

A smaller wastegate is better for higher boost, and a larger one for low boost. If you want high boost levels you don't need to release very much pressure....

The bigger the wastegate the better(to a certain point) with a big turbo... I have a t70 with a 38mm gate with 10psi... The lowest boost I can run is 15psi because the gate bleed off enough exhaust.

more of decision how you want to control boost. i would get the largerst i could afford if you plan on running low boost with very large turbo
