how much boost is a green spring???

small green 9.43(35mm) 7.25(40mm) 5.80(46m)

large green 21.75(35mm) 19.58(40mm) 11.60(46mm)

What would happen if you use 10psi wastegate when you are at 20psi?
Will there be any advantage/disadvantage using higher psi wastegate when you are running at low psi?

mine looks like the green spring in the pic.. how can u tell if it's a big or small green?
i have a 35mm bottom 40mm top with that green spring in the pic.. so is that 19.58 psi???
