Default vtec/turbo problem

Ive been trying to read up on this problem but nothing is quite the same as my problem. Running hondata s100b and have 750cc injectors, 255 pump. Its been tuned.
Problem is that first all its not gettin be power gains like it use to. Seems to pick up a lot slower then it did when i first got it tuned. Then when i get to vtec it use to just plataue, like no power gains. Now vtec wont really even work right. It will just kick on and off and sometimes not even go on. Checked oil and that was fine.

All this started after my alternator burned out cus the tard at the shop didnt build a dumptube for the wastegate. But besides the point, anyone know whats goin on?

I would say ignition problems. But that's just a guess based on the loss of power and the symptom of messing up the charging system and possibly electrical.

y did you go with a wider gap? What is your gap at? Are you blowing it out?

I might have it backwards but i know its suppose to produce a colder spark if your running a turbo setup. But i dont feel like im gettin miss fires or anything and for the most part it seems to be running rich

You should go with a colder heat range on the plug... But less gap. The mixture is thicker and more difficult to ignite. Switch back to your trusty NGK plugs and set the gap at 0.028 - 0.030". (Comes 0.044" in the box!)

This definately sounds like you are blowing out the flame kernal. (loss of power, recent replacement of plugs, too wide of a gap, and "running rich" - which is actually unburnt fuel because the ignition is hurting)
