Very rich AFR & car misfires under boost..help!
I got a strange problem going on a car I am working on!
My friend owns a 1999 civic SI, b16a Turbo car. the last week it starting idling rich without doing any changes to the car and or MAP( crome tuned) . Engine specs are the following 780cc low impedance precision injectors, 3 BAR GM map sensor,Garret 60trim-t3/t4 Turbo. Oem honda OBD0 resistor box.Low comp Wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, Ngk 8' plugs gapped to .022, Walbro 255LPH!
I tried burning a new rom on a new chip , I changed ECU , I changed Mapsensor( 3bar GM) nothing, I changed the fpr( stock one) nothing , I tried a friend's ITR oem dizzy ...no luck, I changed plugs (ngk 7's)gapped them at .022 still the same issue . It idles at 10.2on the wideband, while before it idled around 14.3-15.0. It runs very sluggage and when it hit boost it starts misfiring and does not have any power at all at 10 psi ,the engine dies.
By the way I checked today with a fuel gauge on the fuelfilter it gives me almost 80 psi!
