If he didn't give you a ticket right then and there... I wouldn't worry, aren't you required to sign for the ticket?

i got into an accident around abington, pa. They didn't even TELL me I was gonan get a ticket...2-3 weeks AFTER the accident they gave me the freaking ticket claiming it was "excessive speed for the road condition". Funny thing was it was dry as day, i was under the speed limit, and only witnesses were me and my friend that was in the car... I fought it and won cause it was a bull **** ticket.. Just watch out..i didn't sign for **** and didn't even know i was gonna get one and they mailed me one.

I wouldn't worry about it too much until the tickets arrive in the mail. If he does send them then you're first job is to call the district attorney to discuss a plea. Tell them the story and be very very nice about it. 95% of the time they will lower the ticket to a smaller infraction or drop some of the tickets when there are multiple ones. If they're unwilling to offer you a decent deal then just go find the cheapest lawyer in town. Once they see you've got one they'll definatly offer him a decent deal since they do not want to waste time in court.

Thanks. I still haven't gotten any tickets in the mail yet.

And I never did sign for anything either.
