Very confused, need help!!!
I have a problem.
I know very little about turbos/superchargers and I have a question I couldn't find an answer for.
Is there such a thing as a turbo/supercharger "on demand"? Like you touch a button and there, you have extra power when needed? Not like a NOS system that you use a "shot" and that's it. Something you can turn off during the week and then at the race track you switch on, or while driving.
Thanx for you help and opinions.

well, you could essentially do it with a dual stage boost controller.
such as, daily drive on 5psi, then switch it up to 15 psi when you want. i guess thats the closest thing to what you are looking for.

The turbo is going to be running all the time when the car is on. However depending on the turbo size you could always just drive it so you never see much boost.

That special button is your right foot. If u drive NORMAL you probably wont see boost at all driving around town.
