Default Venting Breather?????

I have a 95 Prelude VTEC Turbo.....Arias pistons, Eagle rods, Manely Cast iron sleeves, Crower SS valves, and a Drag 2 Turbo kit. The compression ratio on my pistons are 9.6:1 with a 20mm overbore and stock head gasket......Boost is set at 7psi

My quesiton is, is it normal for steam to be venting out of the valve cover breather? There is also oil blow by that is left on the valve cover breather too.

I did a compression test:

Cold Compression Test:
195....195....195....195 ( Date of Test: 6/3/2003)

Normal operating temperature:
140...145...160...140 (Date of Test: 6/3/2003, a few minutes
after the cold compression test on top)

150...155...160...165 (Date of Test: 3/15/2003)

What do you guys think?

My fuel and ignition setup is:
DSM 450cc
Vortech 12:1 FMU
MSD 6BTM
VAFC......
(Still using the FMU because the 450cc injectors are only 90cc over stock 92-96 Prelude VTEC injectors which are 340cc)
My VAFC is set at:

Narrow: 1000rpm - 2000rpm is set at -9% and from
3000rpm - 8000rpm it is set at -26%

Wide: 1000rpm - 2000rpm is set at -9% and from
3000rpm - 8000rpm it is set at -26%

V/T Cont: 4900rpm
V/T Unmatched: 0% and 0%

Is it normal to have oil and steam venting out of the valve cover breather and what do you think of the compression tests?

(Will be tuned shortly with RC 550cc injectors)
