Default Vapor Lock???

I have a 95 GSR turbo and I am running my inline fuel pump on my firewall. I DO NOT have a stock pump in the tank. I pulled it out. I have ran fine on the inline pump along and dyno'd at 300 to the wheels. But this has just started. I get out of my car and when I get back in it and try to start it, it sounds like the fuel pump is going but not moving any fuel. I think that it maybe vapor lock. It will start pumping again once I leave it standing for a while. The weather hasn't really heated up either. Im in Orange County in Cali. Anyone experience this before?

Our cars cannot get vapor lock due to having a return fuel system. Might want to check your inline pump, or the amount of current supplying the power to it.
