will work perfectly.
Just disregard the wiring for vtec-in and VTM.
You can use the vtec-out wire for something else, like a shift light.
You basically have a fully adjustable rpm activated switch.

Yeah i got a pretty good deal on it.Since i went all motor..i didnt needed the AEM CAI intake for the type R so i traded it a freind of mines for a Apexi Vafc..
