whats up. can you use a Vafc if you dont have vtec. a friend is hooking me up with one but my motor is just a B20. ive been wanting to get the safc cuz im running really rich and that would help tune the motor. im planing to go vtec. im currently trying to get everything for my B20vtec build. so for my question

Can you use a Vafc on a non vtec motor and disengauge the vtec for now. will it work the same? can it hurt at all? thanx for the answers

 

yes it can be done. just don't wire the vtec wires.
