Default Vacuum source

Is the brake booster a good spot to run a vacuum manifold?? The reason i ask it that I think i may be running to many "T's" of the intake.

A Talon TSI with a stock turbo uses a fairly small turbo that is why it will spool easier when you rev it in neutral. Not enough load to spin the turbo when you have a small engine and larger compressor.
