im thinkin of goin to look at a garrett t25 with 100miles on it with a bunch of other parts. other than checking for end play and leaks what else should i be looking for ? or should i just not waste my time? its for a b18c1 street car

 

putting a t25 on yoru gsr motor is a waste of time. spend that money on something bigger

by the way how big can i go with out lowering the reliability of this engine it has stock internals

How much power do you want to make? Budget?

 

size of the turbo has not much to do with putting your internals in danger. That has more to do with the level of boost you want to run (psi) and how much power you want to make.

It looks like you have A LOT of research to do on this forum, since these are pretty basic questions. Anybody can anser them for you, btu you'll learn more just trolling around here.
