well it looks really good but theres one problem he might runinto. theres no slack what so ever with that return line. there could be a problem maybe just mayeb where the turbo pulls a litle too hard and breaks one of the fittings either from the pan itself or the turbo. but maybe not. i always like a little slack in my return lines

I think if the turbo is moving around you have bigger problems then stretching the oil return line...

yup the exhaust manifold doesn't move so stretching isn't a problem.

Yeah I would think so LOL. New setup looks good, alot more direct and less complicated. Good job.

Sorry, I've been away from the computer. Traveling for thanksgiving.

Heres the setup:
The head (B16A):
GSR cams
DPR designed head
P&P with port matching on the I&E
3 angle valve job
porcelin coated ITR intake valves
ferrea 1mm over stainless steel exhaust valves
DPR springs
JG edelbrock intake mani
STR TB (supposed to be 68, but I measured it to be 66)?
720cc injectors
GE fuel rail and sandwich

The block:
84.5 GE LS block
Weisco pistons nine to one ish
Eagle rods
Honda bearings and HG

The tranny:
GSR with quaife
ACT clutch
ACT flywheel

Turbo:
full race sums it up....manifold and 3" DP
PWR intercooler and radiator
60-1 hifi
Hondata S200B

The skateboard is a Consolidated board signed Alan Peterson. I won it at a contest a loooong time ago. Its amazing what some people notice

Lastly, the line should be okay. If the turbo/manifold starts moving around I'll have bigger problems than the return line.
